Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 60% - perform facilities maintenance: carpentry, flooring, sheet rock, etc.
• 20% - install new equipment.
• 5% - repair HVAC, electrical maintenance, production machinery upkeep/repair.
• 10% - conduct preventative and predictive maintenance, electro-mechanical work.
• 5% - general shop upkeep, cleaning, and organizing.
