Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden, Arkansas seeks a General Maintenance Specialist to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across our manufacturing site. You will interpret blueprints and inspect facilities to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires 3+ years in a manufacturing facilities environment, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. A valid driver’s license is required and the position is onsite at Camden facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years practical experience in facilities within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities and equipment.
• Conduct basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and metal-fabrication tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
