Fluidics Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in the Philadelphia area to service building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and support tenant needs.

The role requires three years of maintenance experience, OSHA 10 certification, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work safely in confined spaces. Overnight shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trades or trade school training.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Valid driver's license to operate assigned vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Routine and daily building and grounds inspections.
• Repair restroom fixtures and clear drain obstructions.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical circuits.
• Perform minor electrical tasks (bulb/ballast replacement).
• Perform minor carpentry tasks (ceiling tile, door hardware).
• Operate sprinkler and alarm systems; test and drain as needed.
• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems and write reports.
• Requisition materials for repairs.
• Fulfill additional duties within contractual obligations.
