Fluidics Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMCOR Group, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain building systems in the Philadelphia area. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and support tenant services with attention to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities include inspecting electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, executing routine repairs, and coordinating with supervisors for materials and reporting.

PURPOSE
Responsible for repair and maintenance of building related mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air handling units, and other building mechanical systems. Receives and responds to service calls, takes immediate action to resolve emergency situations or system breakdowns. Performs preventive maintenance and tenant services.
