Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic B to oversee and repair production facility equipment. You will perform mechanical preventive maintenance, troubleshoot DC equipment and controls, and ensure safe, efficient operation across our beverage lines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years industrial maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting, and experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, welding, and machine shop skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
1–3 years PLC troubleshooting experience.
1–3 years electrical experience (Three Phase) in maintenance.
3 years manufacturing maintenance experience; pneumatics 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

Performs mechanical preventive and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from maintenance manager.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
Understand and troubleshoot electrical phase systems.
Perform equipment installation and welding.
Records work done on forms provided.
Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in stockroom.
Performs equipment changeovers.
Other duties as assigned.
