Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC seeks a Maintenance Mechanic B (2nd shift) to join our team, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment in our manufacturing facilities. D Shift operates 6:00pm–6:00am with a 10% shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and three years industrial maintenance experience.
1-3 years PLC troubleshooting experience: Allen Bradley preferred.
1-3 years electrical experience including Three Phase.
3 years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
1-2 years pneumatics experience.
Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.

Responsibilities

Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
Perform equipment installation and welding.
Records work done on forms provided.
Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
Performs equipment changeovers.
Other duties as assigned.
