Qualifications

• 4–6 years of manufacturing maintenance experience; on-the-job training available for specialized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with maintenance managers to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and supporting systems to optimum efficiency.
• Interpret complex drawings and use shop math and formulas.
• Weld, cut steel, braze, solder, fabricate machinery and parts; basic plumbing/electrical work.
• On-call and report for work on weekends/holidays with little notice.
• Identify parts and obtain quotes; proactive preventative maintenance.
