Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing/production environment experience required.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance knowledge.
• Must be able to read and follow maintenance instructions and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and grounds maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs (lighting, ballasts, 110V-220V).
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, PVC, copper brazing).
• Troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and maintain related equipment.
• Inspect facilities and assist engineering with improvements.
• Read blueprints and maintenance instructions; follow safety requirements.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous waste per OSHA/EPA rules.
