Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician at our Longview manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, or replacing mechanical equipment and electrical devices, and may require fabricating components with shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical problems and install/repair plant equipment.
• Operate forklift and high lift; assist in fabrication and basic plumbing of machinery.
• Coordinate with managers and coworkers to ensure timely repairs and equipment performance.
