Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to repair, maintain, and improve industrial equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect machinery, and support production through hands-on tool use.

Responsibilities include wiring, piping, and equipment installation, plus troubleshooting and documentation of maintenance activities. The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and availability for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Experience with filling and packaging equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools and reassemble equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and replace filters as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, piping, machinery, and equipment.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts and replace them.
