Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ is recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient operation and respond to maintenance needs as per STAR standards.

Requires 3 years in general maintenance (healthcare preferred) and a HS diploma or equivalent. Universal CFC license preferred. Hourly rate range $26.00–$39.11.

Mansioni

• Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Mechanical).
• Works on construction and installation projects as required.
• Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
• Responds to emergency calls and on-call schedules as needed (including snow removal, outages, disasters).

Job Information: Summary:

Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities to ensure safe and efficient operation of Facilities. Ensure the needs of customers are meet and adheres to STAR standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required.
• Works on construction and installation projects as required.
• Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
• Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc.
• Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

• 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Required Education: HS diploma or equivalent.
• *Vocational training preferred.
• Training/Certifications/Licensure: Universal CFC license preferred.

Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $39.11 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
