Job summary

Virtua Health in Mount Holly seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This on-site role supports patient care by keeping the environment reliable and compliant withSTAR standards.

You will respond to routine and emergency maintenance calls, perform preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, participate in construction projects, complete documentation, and work 1st shift (40

Qualifications

• 3 years general maintenance experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to unscheduled, routine and emergency maintenance calls.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment. May include but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Mechanical systems as required.
• Works on construction and installation projects as required.
• Performs daily rounding within the Facility for safety and compliance purposes.
• Responds to emergency calls and works on-call schedules as needed (either during or outside of regular working hours). This includes but is not limited to snow removal, utility failures, disaster response, etc.
• Complete documentation (work orders, log books, round log sheets) to reflect work performed.

Summary:

Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $39.11The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
