Job Description:

• Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am)
• Performs a variety of work to maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and the structure of our facilities in good condition.
• Duties may involve machine repair, carpentry, painting, welding, plumbing, and sheet metal work.

Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility mechanical components and electrical systems.
• Performs machine repair and general preventative maintenance on equipment in compliance with preventative maintenance programs.
• Supports the development and implementation of facility and equipment upgrades.
• Maintains documentation of repair and preventative maintenance work.
• Complies with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, and manufacturer’s specifications.
• Supports and follows all rules, guidelines, and standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions, as directed by the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working extended shifts/overtime as required.

Additional Job Details:

• Safety shoes required.
• Candidates need experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar field.
• Training provided (2nd shift contractors will train on 1st shift prior to starting on 2nd shift).
