Job summary

RRD has immediate openings for seasoned Maintenance Mechanics to work in our Durham, NC facility. You will maintain high-speed trading card packaging lines and related equipment, requiring a blend of mechanical, electrical, automation, and materials-science skills.

The role operates on a 2,2,3 schedule with day and night shifts. Candidates must troubleshoot, repair, and adjust complex machines such as Longford feeders, Syntegon wrappers, and Shanklin wrappers, using precision tools and safe

Qualifications

• Experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, sketches, and manuals to locate malfunctions.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and/or mechanical issues.
• Repair or reproduce parts using welders and machine tools as specified.
• Work with die cutters, web/ sheet-fed presses, and conveyors.
