Job summary
The Clorox Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician/EIC for the Atlanta West facility in Forest Park, GA. The role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive work on automated packaging equipment.
Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience, know VFDs, PLCs, servo motors, and can read schematics and P&IDs. On-site, 12-hour shifts with competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience of at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in maintaining, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
- Thorough knowledge of VFDs, PLCs, and servo motors.
- Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment to prevent and resolve failures.
- Troubleshoot motor and motor control problems, including VFDs and PLCs.
- Use SAP and other software to create/edit work orders and track parts and time.
- Follow safety rules and demonstrate initiative and reliability.
