Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of combined technical training and maintenance experience.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including basic PLC diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, pumps, mixers, and production systems.
• Use the CMMS to plan and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete accurate maintenance, repair, and purchasing documentation.
• Operate forklifts and lifts after required training and certification.
• Install new or upgraded equipment within defined skill scope.
• Train and support maintenance mechanics and helpers as assigned.
