The role reports to the Manager of Engineering Services and supports the hospital's mission through reliable, safe operation of critical equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, replacing worn parts, and ordering replacements as needed.

Aufgaben

• Examines machinery or mechanical equipment and identifies reason for malfunction.
• Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose problems.
• Uses hand tools, power tools and testing instruments for repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance repair or replacement of broken parts.
• Adjust functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.
• Cleans and lubricates parts. Orders replacement parts. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
