ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our client’s Facilities Support team in Shrewsbury, MA. The role involves on-site maintenance and repair of building systems and industrial equipment, with a focus on reliability and proactive problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC/plumbing/electrical/mechanical experience, EPA and Universal CFC certifications, and the ability to troubleshoot and work with work order systems. 3rd shift is Tue-Sat 11pm-7am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school training preferred.
• EPA Certified and Universal CFC certification required; additional electrical/mechanical/HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems and industrial equipment.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Complete maintenance and repair records accurately and efficiently.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Our client, a leading organization in building operations and maintenance, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting on-site building maintenance and repair activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Shrewsbury, MA

Pay Range: $48/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
