Job summary

Par Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the manufacturing facility team. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a GMP environment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance while documenting work in a CMMS system.

The role requires 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, with familiarity with CMMS (Maximo) being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, mechanical seals, alignment, lubrication, welding, and precision maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, use hand tools and measuring devices, and troubleshoot equipment independently.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work in a CMMS system.
• Support equipment reliability initiatives and follow all safety and compliance requirements.
• Ensure tools and test equipment are calibrated and maintained; troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance activities.

Job Description Summary

Join our Maintenance team and help keep manufacturing and facility equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a GMP manufacturing environment. Duties include completing preventive and corrective maintenance, documenting work in a CMMS system, supporting equipment reliability initiatives, and following all safety and compliance requirements. Hourly rate: $34 - $35

Work Environment

Work is performed throughout a manufacturing facility and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, using PPE, and working around industrial equipment, chemicals, and varying environmental conditions – both inside and outside.

Work Schedule

This position works on a 12hr rotating shift schedule. The schedule uses a four-week cycle:four night shifts, three days off, three day shifts, one day off, three night shifts, three days off, four day shifts, seven days off
