Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operator in Maine. You will independently operate and maintain at least one process, following autonomous maintenance standards and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

The role emphasizes learning and improving line performance with coaching and teamwork. You will work a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, with wage details and benefits outlined under the union agreement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with autonomous and progressive maintenance (AM/PM) is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow standards and procedures.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $41.99/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
