Mondelēz International is seeking a Journeyperson Mechanic in Naperville, IL, to perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. You will work with Operations to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements include at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, completion of an approved apprenticeship or training, and the ability to work in a team with flexible shifts.
As Journeyperson Mechanic, your main responsibility will be to perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment to keep in good running order. Troubleshoot problems, recommend, and perform mechanical repairs to minimize downtime. Work collaboratively with Operations Team to share knowledge and contribute to a Continuous Improvement environment

The hourly wage for this position is $37.88/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
