Position Summary:

Performs diverse duties including emergency and preventive maintenance of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, HVAC, power generation, plumbing, pneumatic tube systems, medical gas systems, and building structures. Also fulfills the requirements of various departments.

Qualifications:

• Education/Training: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be insurable under Orlando Health insurance requirements. Maintenance Mechanics unable to meet this requirement after 90 days must sign a "No Driving Document," maintained in their department file, until approved to drive.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience involving trade applications or mechanical work in automotive, industrial, or hospitality settings. One (1) year experience required if a trade or vocational school graduate (non trade-specific).
