Seneca Foods, a leading provider of packaged fruits and vegetables in North America, is seeking full-time Maintenance Mechanics for its facility in Montgomery, MN. Our products are sourced from over 1,400 American farms and distributed worldwide under various brands including Libby's, Green Giant, and CherryMan.

Responsibilities

1. Repair and maintenance of corn building equipment, including conveyors, pumps, huskers, and cleaners.
2. Maintain other plant areas as needed.
3. Supervise seasonal production workers.
4. Ensure sanitation of assigned areas.
5. Participate in employee relations and budget planning.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
5. Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wage ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more.
