Job summary

SealMaster is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Western PA facility. This hands-on role involves diagnosing diesel engines, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, and performing preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will work independently, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of maintenance tasks. We value a self-starter mindset, reliability, and a willingness to adapt to varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanic experience in a hands-on role.
• Experience with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset with good communication.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You Bring
