Job summary

SealMaster in Western PA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our equipment running and handle a variety of tasks from diagnostics to preventive maintenance.

You will work independently with strong time management in a stable, long-term role with opportunities to grow as our facility expands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanic experience.
• Hands-on with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical.
• Welding experience.
• Self-starter mindset—you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder.
• Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose diesel engines and troubleshoot systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform basic electrical repairs.
