Job summary

SealMaster in Western PA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to diagnose diesel engines, troubleshoot hydraulic systems, and perform preventive maintenance. You’ll work independently, manage your own time, and own maintenance tasks to keep the facility running smoothly.

We value a self-starter with 2+ years of mechanic experience, welding skills, and a positive attitude. Overtime and varying shifts may be required; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanic experience.
• Hands-on experience with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical.
• Welding experience.
• A self-starter mindset - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
• Positive attitude and solid communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
