Advantage Technical is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join a Fortune 500 manufacturing team in Littleton, MA. The role focuses on keeping production running at peak performance and requires hands-on skills with machinery and controls.

Position is direct hire, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime and some Saturdays. Pay ranges from $32–$35/hour DOE, with competitive benefits and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and install machinery.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage in a demanding setting.
• Solid understanding of preventative maintenance practices.
