The University of North Florida Alumni Association is seeking a skilled trades technician in Jacksonville to perform plumbing, electrical and air conditioning equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive maintenance, minor project work, and supervising junior staff when needed. Valid Florida driver’s license required; background and possible credit checks apply.

This is skilled trades work in plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
This position is designated as a Tier 2 respondent for designated campus emergencies and events. In the event of a declared campus emergency, the position incumbent will make every effort to return to campus when directed.
Valid Florida Driver’s License

Completion of an approved apprenticeship program for multiple trades or a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University’s policy, this position may also require a credit check.
