Job summary

University of North Florida is seeking a Maintenance Worker to assist with painting, plumbing, minor repairs, moving furniture, cleaning, and other duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Superintendent.

The role requires the ability to learn repair methods, handle hand and power tools, and maintain a professional demeanor while upholding university policies and representing Housing and Residence Life with residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to varied assignments.
• Experience in a customer-service oriented environment is mandatory.
• Must not be a current UNF student for this position.
