Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, CMMS documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvements while adhering to GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in maintenance.
• Experienced level in mechanical maintenance in regulated environments.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair and maintain production equipment including fillers, tablet presses, encapsulators, conveyors, labelers, and packaging systems.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in the CMMS.
• Support equipment changeovers and production startup activities.
• Ensure equipment complies with GMP, FDA, OSHA and company standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Validation teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in root cause investigations and CAPAs as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair and maintain production equipment including fillers, tablet presses, encapsulators, conveyors, labelers, and packaging systems.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately within the CMMS.
• Support equipment changeovers and production startup activities.
• Ensure equipment operates in compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and company standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• standing for 6 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
