Job summary

Facility Services, Inc. (FSI) is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep our buildings and equipment running smoothly. You’ll work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems to prevent downtime and extend asset life.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Facility Services, Inc. (FSI) is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to support our operations. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping facilities running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll tackle a wide range of tasks to ensure our buildings and equipment are in top shape. Your work will span multiple trades, including:

• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with building systems, including plumbing leaks, electrical failures, and HVAC malfunctions.
• Installation: Install new equipment and systems as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
• Documentation: Maintenance accurate records or maintenance activities, inspections and repairs performed, adhering to compliance and safety regulations.
