This position is based in Columbus, MS.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to a maintenance program including preventative maintenance.
• Assist in designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults.
• Repair equipment as needed.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Interface effectively with external suppliers and customers.
• Maintain impeccable plant standards and conditions.
• Follow all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
• Adhere to HACCP Food Defense plan.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as per Sqwincher GMP plan.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of maintenance/mechanical experience.
