Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Hourly Range: $25.00-$40.00

• Thread rolling attachments
• Thread rolls and tooling

We're growing and looking for a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team!

Summary: Responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment in a machine shop setting, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other production tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues in machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
• Work with vendors for parts sourcing and technical support.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (vocational training or associate's degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in machine maintenance (ideally in a manufacturing or machine shop environment).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CNC systems (Fanuc, Haas, Mazak etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a bonus.
