Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a maintenance mechanic to perform pipe fitting, welding, insulation, and repair of mechanical equipment. You will inspect, test, and measure equipment to ensure it meets quality specifications, and you will clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, and gears.

You lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic components. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Pipe fitting, welding, insulating and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or downtime to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect, measure and troubleshoot equipment for quality specifications.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts.

Advance Services Inc. is looking for a maintenance mechanic! A day-to-day look: Pipe fitting, welding, insulating, and repairing mechanical equipment. Try out equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime to ensure proper operation. Examine, test, and measure product from assigned equipment for quality specifications Visually inspect equipment and listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunctions. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
