Maintenance Mechanic (Finance)

Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic with HVAC experience and a Boilers License. The candidate should have at least 2 years of HVAC experience and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting. Ability to work in a dynamic hospitality environment is essential.

What will I be doing?

As a Mechanic, you will ensure the safety and functionality of the hotel's equipment, focusing on HVAC systems. Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining, monitoring, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on hotel equipment
2. Conducting scheduled and unscheduled HVAC maintenance
3. Responding promptly to guest and team member requests to repair equipment
4. Documenting repairs and reporting issues needing further attention
