Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with the installation and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment in a foundry or manufacturing facility.

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

The position requires experience with industrial equipment, welding, fabrication, minimal electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC experience. A class 5 boiler license is a plus. You must have your own tools for the maintenance trade, and be able to read and follow all procedures for maintenance operations.

You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of mechanical maintenance work on our facilities and foundry equipment, including rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, conveyors, and foundry production machines, as well as welding and fabrication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Rebuild hydraulic cylinders, gearboxes, conveyors, foundry production machines and equipment, including welding and fabrications.
2. Replace transport lines, hydraulic hoses, airlines, gas lines.
3. Perform mechanical repairs on machines and equipment such as core machines, molding machines, robotic machines, band saws, grinders, vibratory classifiers, rooftop units, industrial hood fans & doors.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer top pay for experience, ranging from $26.30 to $30.30 per hour depending on qualifications. Hours are 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) and 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) with a $1.00 shift differential. Benefits include competitive salaries, medical plans, HSA, vision, dental, STD, life insurance, 401K, parental leave, PTO, wellness programs, company events, and productivity bonuses.
