Job summary

Lawrence Paper Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance department. The technician will perform a full range of manufacturing maintenance tasks using independent judgment to operate and troubleshoot heavy machinery.

This role focuses on repairing and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth production lines. The position requires experience in manufacturing maintenance, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a self-motivated, communicative individual

Qualifications

• Must have prior manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Welding experience desired but not required.
• Electrical experience desired but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and good communication skills.
• Able to read blue prints and schematics.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Willing to obtain licenses/certifications (fork lift, aerial, rigging, etc).

Responsibilities

• Industrial mechanical, pipe fitting, and hydraulic repairs.
• Rigging, aligning machines and belt and pulley drives.
• Fork Truck maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing all types of equipment and machinery.
• Reading blue prints and schematics.
• Welding and electrical work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Maintenance Technicianto join our maintenance department.
