Gross Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Spring Hill, Tennessee to oversee facility maintenance for the entire apartment community. This is a working supervisory role with preventative maintenance and repairs, including on-call shifts rotating.

Oversee the facility maintenance for the entire apartment community. This is a working supervisory position involving a wide variety of preventative maintenance and repair responsibilities. Rotating on-call shifts is required.
