Job summary

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair and installation of production equipment.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the maintenance department and drive a proactive reliability strategy.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead RCA activities for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards across maintenance operations.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to support on-time production and cost control.
• Manage budgets and optimize spare parts inventory to reduce total cost of ownership.
