Qualifications

• Associates' degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years in maintenance management, preferably industrial/manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience; MS Office knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a maintenance team; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities; respond to breakdowns and preventive tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Maintain maintenance schedules for key equipment and facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze root causes and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage maintenance budget and negotiate vendor contracts for services and procurement.
