Job summary

DT Midstream is seeking a Manager, Maintenance in Mansfield, LA to oversee all maintenance activities for complex assets, including dredging and processing equipment. You will plan preventive maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and coordinate with Operations to maximize uptime and safety.

You will drive reliability improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental standards while mentoring staff and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of dredge systems, pumps, conveyors, dryers, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
• Directly supervise maintenance activities and ensure safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate third-party services, rebuilds, and major overhauls.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost updates.
• Maintain CMMS data and generate performance reports.
• Ensure asset availability and optimize plant performance with Operations.
