Are you a proven maintenance leader with a passion for reliability, safety, and operational excellence? We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, power generation, and facility operations within a continuous manufacturing environment.

In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of plant assets while driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Power Plant Operations teams
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
• Manage plant maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and long-term asset improvement plans
• Oversee power generation, utility systems, electrical distribution, steam systems, and facility infrastructure
• Plan and execute major maintenance outages and shutdowns
• Lead capital projects from concept through completion
• Develop and mentor maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering service providers
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to achieve production and business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset management experience within:
