Job summary

The Garrett Companies is seeking a Service Supervisor to ensure move-in ready apartment homes and oversee maintenance operations in Colorado Springs. You will coordinate service requests, inspections, and daily activities with the Community Manager, while mentoring the maintenance team and maintaining vendor relationships.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisor experience, HVAC/EPA certification preferred, and a willingness to work after hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Service Supervisor.
• HVAC and EPA certification strongly preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Property Management software, Entrata preferred.
• Must be willing to be on call and take emergency calls after standard working hours.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes delivered by construction are move-in ready and inspected for amenities.
• Resolve resident concerns or objections as they arise.
• Complete move-in/move-out inspections with residents with Community Manager.
• Initiate, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance activities with input from Community Manager.
• Mentor maintenance team members and address performance through guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain community standards.
• Communicate effectively with Community Manager on community performance.
