Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated individual with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and property upkeep.
• Schedule daily maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in interviewing and training personnel.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards.
• Available for 24-hour service response.

Skills

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
