Mercy Housing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to work with property management, handling building upkeep and overseeing budget and vendor contracts. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration and practical repairs to prepare units for new residents.

Maintenance Manager

This is a hands‑on Maintenance Manager position that will work in collaboration with property management to perform building maintenance functions and oversee the budget and vendor contracts.

We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on‑site position.

Pay

$25-27/hour, depending on experience

Princeton Manor (40 units/senior housing) | Princeton, KY

• Perform basic math and understand measurement systems used in the trade.
• Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints. Draft working sketches.
• Use maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools.
• Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle
