Job summary

Auria Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Journeyman for our Saint Clair, Michigan plant. You will lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for facility machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support production processes to ensure reliable operations.

The role involves mentoring Apprentice I–IV and contributing to process improvement initiatives while adhering to plant rules and maintaining a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Journeyman card required and high school diploma or GED.
• Formal training in industrial machine repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and comprehend machine prints and schematics.
• Experience in troubleshooting plant machinery and maintenance.
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility structures.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assist in developing process improvement projects for operations.
• Carry out fabrication projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Apprentice I–IV level maintenance staff.
• Adhere to all plant rules and regulations.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward job and coworkers.
