Job summary

Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead the site maintenance team and ensure equipment reliability, safety, and cost-effective operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong PLC, CMMS (Blueboot), SAP, and project management experience, driving preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while championing continuous improvement and EHS compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) required.
Minimum of 5 years leading a maintenance team in manufacturing.
PLC experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and control system integration.
Experience with CMMS maintenance systems (Blueboot) and SAP for procurement and PM docs.
Hands-on maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage maintenance technicians to maximize uptime, safety, and quality.
Own and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve reliability.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical equipment.
Oversee facilities infrastructure and utilities ensuring reliability and compliance.
Manage capital equipment projects from scoping to implementation.
Utilize Blueboot CMMS to track work orders, asset health, downtime and history.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget to reduce downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA, EPA, and EHS standards.
Champion continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, EHS, and quality teams.
Participate in company-wide best practice sharing across facilities.
