Job summary

Campbell's West Plant is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the Production, Distribution, Plant Services, and Maintenance departments, guiding a salaried team with cross-functional collaboration under the Operations Manager. The role focuses on equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to meet plant objectives.

You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop staffing models, manage budgeting, and drive safety and efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads implementation of maintenance strategies to support electrical, mechanical, control and utilities systems.
• Provides technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Develops and maintains a competent West Plant Maintenance Department workforce.
• Monitors budgets and optimizes labor and materials usage.
• Plans long-term strategic initiatives for expenses and capital.
• Ensures safety policies and plant-wide regulatory inspections are supported.
