Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Maintenance to oversee all plant maintenance activities at our high-speed food manufacturing facility. You will lead a skilled maintenance team and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Finance to support Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost goals.

You will develop and implement Asset Care and Reliability strategies, provide technical guidance on equipment purchases and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Asset Care and Reliability strategy for each department and plant.
• Provide technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and lead the Maintenance Department workforce with required tools and materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Finance to improve KPIs.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve maintenance issues.
• Develop long-term strategies for maintenance expenses and capital initiatives.
