Job summary

Campbell's in Napoleon, OH, seeks a West Plant (Beverage) Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for production, distribution and plant services. You will supervise a salaried team, advancing preventive/predictive programs and partnering with plant leaders to meet cost and reliability goals.

You will drive strategic capital projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and mentor a skilled maintenance workforce to support the growth of Campbell’s brands at the Napoleon facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Strong people and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the implementation of maintenance strategy for electrical/mechanical systems.
• Provides technical assistance in purchase and maintenance of equipment.
• Manages staffing and budgets for the West Plant Maintenance Department.
• Plans and drives capital initiatives for facility improvements.
• Ensures safety/compliance and supports plant goals.
• Oversees annual shutdowns for inspections and repairs.
